Collaborating Centres’ Support Office (CSO) - Driving Innovations and Collaborations in Healthcare
At the Collaborating Centres’ Support Office (CSO), we work at the heart of workforce transformation - bringing together experts and community partners to improve the way care is delivered. Our focus is on driving healthcare innovation, enabling health education, and building equal partnerships. Through collective partnerships, we ensure that healthcare professionals, caregivers, and the community have the right knowledge, skills, and support to create better health outcomes for everyone.
CSO represents a network of leading collaborating centres in National Healthcare Group, building capabilities for thought leadership, workforce transformation, and innovation for Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, Pharmacists, and Volunteers and Caregivers. Through Workforce Transformation, we will co-design future jobs and future skills to care for the future generation. Our aim is to achieve a future-ready workforce and greater health-social integration to optimise our population’s independence and quality of life.
