Academies Office
Academies Office
The CHI Academies Office is a central management body supporting academies under Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI).
Each academy plays a vital role in advancing healthcare practices, sustainability efforts, and community well-being, collectively contributing to CHI's mission of driving innovation and positive change in the healthcare sector.
CHI Health and Social Change Academy
CHI HSCA aims to build capability for HealthierSG to help shift the gravity
of care from the hospital to the community, where the focus is on health
and residents and not just disease and patients. New care models anchored
on population health management, health activation, collective leadership,
and mobilisation of resources across health and social sectors will be
key to achieve this transformation. This requires new skills, knowledge
and capabilities for health and social care providers.

CHI Sustainability Academy
In collaboration with leading organizations in sustainability, the academy brings together international and local perspectives on strengthening sustainability capabilities within healthcare. With programs co-developed and co-delivered by our esteemed partners and faculty, along with our panel of expert coaches to provide longitudinal coaching for projects, the CHI Sustainability Academy will empower leaders and professionals in 4 main areas of capability building as shown by our CLIME Model.
